House Rules

The Tavern is in a residential area. Our neighbors include young families - on occasion you may see them play outside, so please drive appropriately and safely. Parties are not invited, altho we do want you to have fun and enjoy yourself. We request noise be reduced to a level not heard by neighbors after 11pm. The trash and recycling can be taken out to the dumpster outside about 25 feet on your right. If the trash cans provided are full, please replace with new trash bags which have been provided. Darts must only be thrown at the dart board, and from the throw which is a safe distance. Pool/billiards - Please do not attempt trick shots that could tear the table cloth. No items including suitcases/bags, drinks or other personal items allowed on the pool table. Do not forcefully open any cabinets or doors that are locked Respectfully do not take supplies that are stored in the private area of the closets.

The Arlington entertainment district is one of the most exciting areas in all of Texas! Not only home to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, but you will also find Choctaw stadium hosting USL soccer, Major League Rugby and recently became home to the Arlington Renegades XFL team. Add in six flags and Hurricane Harbor and the National E Sports arena, all in walking distance from the Stadium Trail Tavern (with the exception of the theme parks which are a 5 minute drive) The one of a kind Texas Live venue has an impressive 100ft LED screen showing live sports, and a huge variety of restaurants including Troy Aikmans grill, Guy Fieris tack joint, arcade games, yard games and so much more. Stay late on the weekend and check out the popular line up of live DJ's. Next door you will find 'The Backyard' - a 5000 seat outdoor live music venue (right next to one of my favorite bbq joints in DFW - Lockhart Smokehouse) There's NEVER a dull time in the entertainment district.

This place was ideal for two reasons. 1. You can walk to the football game at AT&T Stadium. 2. It's a mancave (make sure that's what you want). I took my family there for a Cowboys game. Our teenage boys loved the pool table, darts, and TV in the living room. That said, parking lots surround you in an apartment complex with other people, so it's not quiet, but neither were our boys when playing pool and laughing. The only downside is that there is nothing close by for restaurants, coffee, or other entertainment. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance, but for anywhere else, you will need to get an Uber, which was easy to do. The host was fantastic and always responsive.

This was our 2nd time to stay here and will most definitely be back. Location is perfect, everything is very clean and our host Christopher is amazingly kind and helpful.

We had a great stay. It’s literally across the street from At&T stadium. It’s also very close to 7 eleven and plenty to do around there. The place was very clean. There is laundry very close to this apartment. We appreciated the bottle water and the popcorn in the room. We also enjoyed the pool table and darts. Host was responded very quickly when we needed help with the WiFi. We will definitely come again. We really appreciated it being on the 1st floor and could park right outside the door. It made carrying our bags and coming and going very easy.

Exactly as pictured! Right next to Globe Life and the AT&T stadium. Also in a good area for restaurants and a central area in general to get to most places in Arlington. I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The convenience of the stadium was so nice. We loved the fact we did not have to worry about parking. It was a perfect weekend. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay at your place.
