Our place is in a residential area so please drive appropriately and safely.
Parties are not invited, although we do want you to have fun and enjoy yourself. We request noise to be reduced to a level not heard by neighbors after 11pm.
The trash and recycling can be taken out to the dumpster outside about 25 feet to your right.
If the trash cans are full, please replace with new trash bags which have been provided under the kitchen sink.
Darts must only be thrown at the dart board, and from the throw line which is a safe distance.
Pool/Billiards - Please do not attempt trick shots that could tear the table cloth. No items including suitcases/bags, drinks or other personal items allowed on the pool table.
Do not forcefully open any cabinets or doors that are locked.
Respectfully do not take supplies that are stored in the private area of the closets.
